Lachi's unerring talent for consistently exceptional songwriting and mesmerizing, stellar performance has landed her and her band attention on CBS Radio, NPR, CW Morning News, MTV, Oprah Radio, TimeOut NY, The Onion, The Deli Magazine, Spin Earth, Computer Music Magazine, NYU News and a host of others along with Major/commercial and online TV and radio airplay. Nationally distributed through EMI/Caroline, Lachi's debut album "Lachi" received a great deal of positive acclamation.

The band, Meridian Gold, has opened up for national and international acts including Patti LaBelle and Jennifer Owen Youngs, and Lachi has shared the stage with Petra Haden, Fred Armisen and Prudence Mabhena of the Grammy award winning "Music by Prudence." Having performed at such festivals as SxSW, CMJ, The Guitar Con, Pride Milwaukee, and many other festivals, conferences, colleges and venues including NYC's Joe's Pub, high energy performances are second nature to the band as Lachi puts the art back into songwriting and the vigor into performing.
